Story:
Kagome is attacked and ‘recused’ by Naraku, who sees so much of Kikyo in her, he treats her as though Kagome never existed and she is Kikyo.
Kagome tries to talk to him hoping that if she can make him see sense that, he will let her go, but hopes are dashed and she is forced several times to run, however is caught each time and punished by Naraku.
Kagome faints after such treatment and is woken by the sound of a woman's voice, she looks over to see Kikyo, who tells her she must kill Naraku or risk being killed herself. Naraku realizes this immediately and sets about to stop her.
His torture has the opposite effect and Kagome strikes him down in an act of self-preservation.
