A 20-minutes set of exercises for your split.
You asked me about full split training in a real time, where I will do all the exercises with you.
I respect your desires, but I propose to start with a small complex that will lead you to the split practice. The exercises may be well known to you, but the format and approach are different.
You may do these exercises after your main workout or separately.

After this complex I recommend to practice split not less than 1 min. 20 sec. for each leg.
