Whether it's temporary or perhaps a more longer term condition, wrist pain or stiffness can make performing a push up uncomfortable or even painful.

Of course there are many alternatives but as we concentrate on bodyweight movements as part of the Primal Flow Model we like to offer alternatives to try.

Here is a push up on your knuckles which removes the wrist extension and pressure from the wrist area.
