As companies increasingly adopt customer success to aid with retaining and growing their customer base, questions naturally arise about how to get started, where to focus, and what to do when scaling the program becomes necessary. While getting started with customer success isn't all that difficult, setting up a program that enables you to finetune and scale requires strategy, people, processes, and (maybe) some technology.
