Using momentum to your advantage, you make the transition into the tuck planche a little easier.
By combining it with an l-sit, you also build more straight arm strength which is often weak during the early phases of your planche training.
Over time, focus on decreasing momentum and increasing your hold times to avoid forever plateauing with your planche training.
