I’ve set a new goal for this year: the 90˚ handstand pushup.

Late last year I planned on doing a lot of flexibility training and stretching. But due to my sciatica injury, it’s been setting me back quite a bit.

It sucks, I was really motivated and excited to get started with it. But in my current condition, it’s just not realistic.

So, I readjust. I focus on what I can control and set a new goal for myself to keep me disciplined and focused.

I’m already training HSPU strength a lot, the 90˚ HSPU looks badass, so it seems like a perfect fit.

These training vlogs will keep me accountable and show you my progress. How I train for it, how often I train for it, and how long it takes me to get there.

I believe I’ll be able to get it by the end of the year but…we’ll see 😆
