Motivation is hard enough when conditions are perfect. When you’re injured, it’s even harder.

“Life is 10% what happens to us and 90% how we react to it.” -Charles Swindoll

I keep quotes like that in mind.

Anybody can train and do the work in perfect conditions.

But how do you maintain it during the bad times?

Some time off full body training sucked but like breathing for the first time after a runny nose, you gain a greater appreciation for the good times.

The perfect conditions you once had that you didn’t take full advantage of.
