Life’s been a little crazy lately.
My family moved into a new house.
This is part of the reason why I haven’t been as active with videos lately. Sorry about that!
The good news is we’re settled in and my garage gym is back in business.
Before the move, I recorded one last training session which mixed handstand skills and some strength work.
I was in a rush that morning so I ended up supersetting the pullups and dips–I highly recommend this if you’re struggling to fit workouts into your schedule!
I didn’t have the best handstand session here but at least I got some reps in!
With difficult skills like this, patience is a must.
I’ll be back soon with more training in my new garage!
