HOW TO GET STRONG QUICK | Jujutsu Kaisen Satoru Gojo Home Workout
Join me in another anime workout video! This anime workout is based on Satoru Gojo from Jujutsu Kaisen. This is a full body workout that can be done anywhere! We will be doing a variety of different bodyweight and core exercises that I think Satoru Gojo would do to maintain his incredible strength, speed, reflexes and combat abilities.
Satoru Gojo is one of the main characters from Jujutsu Kaisen. Possessing incredible speed, strength, reflexes and phenomenal combat skills. He is touted as the number one sorcerer as well as being highly respected in all of Jujutsu Kaisen!
So today's anime workout is inspired by Satoru Gojo. All of these exercises are what I think Gojo would do to maintain as well as improve upon his strength, speed, reflexes and above all his combat abilities. We will do different exercises that will increase our strength, speed, explosiveness and fighting skills. But also help us to build solid lean muscle, burn fat and become better athletes!
This anime workout is great for all levels as I have included substitutes for all exercises. We will be doing a total of 12 different exercises in which each one is 45 seconds on and 15 seconds off. So, let's get to it and become like Jujutsu Kaisen's best sorcerer... Satoru Gojo!
