Our Traditional Tie Guan Yin is a classic take on a newer style of tea. Anxi Wulong is nowadays normally processed like Taiwanese Wulong, with more of a green and floral forward style, but this more heavily roasted Wulong hearkens to the classic style which gave "Wu Long" it's name, looking like little "Black Dragons". Santos goes in depth on the cultivar and processing in this video, to give us an idea of what went into making this warmly sweet tea, reminiscent of honey and marmalade.
