Making Zongzi with Zhuping
To celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival (this year on June 14th) Zhuping generously made Zongzi for her friends, family, and employees to enjoy. Zongzi, sometimes called Chinese tamales, are a traditional food especially enjoyed during the Dragon Boat Festival. They're made with sticky rice wrapped in bamboo leaves and stuffed with delicious goodies like pork belly, duck yolk, chestnuts, mushrooms, and red bean paste.
