Shi Feng Longjing, or Lion's Peak Dragon Well, is arguably the most famous tea in China, and one that most people haven't had a chance to drink. Not only is this particular Shi Feng Longjing made from the 50-60 year old heirloom tea bushes of Weng Jia Shan village, a high mountain village that has been making tribute tea for centuries, but it's also tea specifically from the first two days of the picking season, just this past March 28th and 29th.
