Supreme Court Ruling Upholds Pause on Biden Administration’s Radical Title IX Rewrite

The ruling applied to two lawsuits ADF filed against the Biden administration for attempting to redefine “sex” in Title IX to include “gender identity.” The administration’s new Title IX rules would force schools to allow males who identify as females into girls’ showers, locker rooms, and restrooms, as well as allow them to compete on girls’ sports teams.
Overall, ADF has earned 5 injunctions pausing the radical new rules. Between these injunctions and others from additional lawsuits regarding this issue, the Biden administration’s Title IX rewrite has been paused in over 20 states.
