I recently started doing @DanJohnStrengthCoach famous "Armor Building Complex".
I love the workout for its simplicity: 2 double cleans, 1 double press, and 3 double front squats.
I believe it's the perfect workout if you're short on the time, want to "hit everything", and just get in and out of your training session.
The clean, press, and front squat will help build the "armor" you want and if you do it EMOM (every minute on the minute) you'll take care of your cardio as well.
