Women deserve to compete on a fair and level playing field. But by allowing male athletes to compete in women's sports, organizers are threatening both safety and fairness for female athletes. Selina Soule, Chelsea Mitchell, Alanna Smith, and Ashley Nicoletti are asking the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit to allow their case to continue to ensure women have the right to compete and have a chance to succeed.
