Guzhu Zisun (Purple Bamboo Shoot) - Mother's Day Special - 2021 Spring Green Tea
To celebrate Mother's Day this year we're putting our fresh 2021 Purple Bamboo on sale. We chose this classic green tea because this year it was made entirely, from picking to drying, by two mothers. Due to the pandemic, tea master Pei Hongfeng, who usually has a staff of tea pickers, this year only had the help of her daughter's mother in law. Through their expertise and much hard work they were able to produce this tea just as beautifully with gentle sweetness and complex layered flavors that develop through multiple infusions.
